A Little Fog, a Little Mischief, and a Happy Halloween ๐

Halloween has supplied its own atmosphere this morning, with fog outside and that lovely fall feeling that makes staying home with a warm drink and a head full of stories seem like an excellent plan. If someone in a long cloak comes wandering out of the mist, I suppose Iโll have to decide whether to lock the door or ask what chapter they belong in.
Behind the scenes, Iโve been busy creating coloring pages, with some being prepared for sale here on the site and others headed to Amazon. There is something wonderfully satisfying about filling a page with details and imagining the colors someone else will choose, although my growing collection suggests I may need supervision whenever I say, โI have an idea for just one more.โ
Iโm also twisting together a new fanfiction, which means my imagination has been wandering off with characters who probably shouldnโt be left unattended. Iโm keeping the details tucked away for now, but there is plenty of plotting going on between the coloring pages, and Iโm looking forward to sharing more once Iโve untangled a few of their secrets.
For today, Iโm enjoying this foggy Halloween morning and making room for a little creative mischief before November arrives and the Christmas projects start demanding every available inch of my desk.
However youโre spending the day, I hope thereโs something good to read, something sweet to eat, and a little autumn magic waiting for you. Happy Halloween, and if you hear suspicious noises tonight, do check whether itโs the dog before deciding youโve acquired a ghost. ๐ป๐
